The Organisers of ‘The Return of Shebeshxt’ Exploited Me – Shebeshxt

Shebeshxt has revealed that he didn’t benefit much from his ‘The Return of Shebeshxt’ event as the organisers only gave him R500k while pocketing the rest, leaving him in more debts.

According to the rapper and controversial figure, his biggest regret was not accepting gigs immediately after being discharged from the hospital. Instead, he was misled into relying on the ‘The Return of Shebeshxt’ event, which could barely cover the 2 million he owed.

‘It’s been tough for me since the beginning, even though it seems like I have money from shows since I came back. My biggest regret since returning from the hospital is listening to people who told me not to take gigs, saying it would sabotage ‘The Return of Shebeshxt.’ At that time, I still owed many people who had booked me before ‘the accident.’ Now, I’m forced to accept gigs to settle debts or help other artists as a favor. I had debts close to 2 million, and now I still owe over a million. I only received 500k from ‘The Return of Shebeshxt’ as a donation to the Onthatile Foundation, for which I have no documents.’ – Shebeshxt said.

Shebeshxt also decry a ploy to silent him while also using the name of his late daughter as a weapon.

‘Now, it seems like I’m being silenced, or nothing is being done for me. I’m not saying this for pity but to express the pain I’m going through, especially because my daughter’s name is being used as an advantage against me,’ he further added.
