Over the past years, the DJ has publicly complained about the record label and he is finally happy as he terminates his contract with the company.
Taking to social media, Kaybee shared a statement released by UM, stating that the joint venture agreement between them and the DJ has been terminated.
“The parties have agreed to mutually terminate the Agreement with effect from 3 April 2023 and UM releases you from the delivery of any further recording in terms of the Agreement.”
“UM shall continue to commercially exploit the recordings, accountant make payment(if due) to you in terms of the Agreement,” reads the statement.
The record label thanked the DJ for working with them.
