DJ Pencil is Dead.
Tshwara hitmaker and one of the earlier pioneer of the Piano sound, DJ Pencil has passed away. Pencil whose real name is Sammy Moripe was a member of the Barcadi duo -Pencil & Zingmaster.
The veteran artists died yesterday after battling with an undisclosed illness. Untill his death, he was regarded as one of the greatest Bacardi assets whose contributions gave birth to the Amapiano sound.
