Kairo Forbes, with Lynn and Tony Forbes, walk up the stage to receive the late Kiernan AKA Forbes’ awards at the Metro FM Awards 2023.
The event was held this Saturday at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.
The late rapper who was killed on the 10th of February won Best Male Artist, Best Collaboration, and Best Hip Hop Artist.
The family is excited by the win, though still mourning their son.
The daughter of the deceased sang her dad’s song on stage, while the grandparents appreciated the organization and the people’s support.
