SA rapper Itumeleng George Tladi, professionally known as Tumi Tladi died on Sunday 10 July 2022.
The family of the hip hop artist released an official statement to confirm the passing of their son.
“The family of South Africa hip-hop artist Itumeleng George Tladi today confirmed with profound sadness and loss, his untimely passing,” read the statement.
“Son, brother and uncle, Tumi Tladi (30) sadly passed away in the early hours of this morning (10 July 2022) in Johannesburg.”
Fans and other musicians flood social media with tributes to the late rapper while other Twitter users focused on the cryptic tweets Tladi shared before his passing.
