Spotify Wrapped has released the 2022 edition of their yearly overview of listeners, allowing them to get a deep dive into their most memorable listening moments and sharing their yearly habits with other on social media users.

As expected, Spotify also released an aggregated edition, revealing the most streamed local and international albums, artists/producers and songs in South Africa.

The most streamed artists in South Africa is Drake which was followed by Kabza De Small and The Weeknd. Kabza De Small maintains the lead as the most streamed local artists which was followed by Dj Maphorisa. Amapiano dominated all categories for the umpteenth time.
